This 100 year old meticulously maintained craftsman style house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is secure, gated driveway parking for two cars. The house has everything you need to enjoy the Cali lifestyle. Bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, supplies are provided for your convenience. Baby supplies and gates for steps also available. There is a cute back patio with grill, washer and dryer, smart TV and high speed internet are included in the rental.
Santa Monica law requires Hosts to be present during the Guest's stay. The host is available 24/7 and will personally meet every guest to make sure you're settled in and have everything you need. Host has a private apartment off the first floor so you and your family can enjoy the house during your stay. Absolutely no parties, gatherings or visitors allowed. Santa Monica Business License # 221462.

    Great stay and great property! Stephen was very helpful and the house was lovely. It is on a busy corner so plan accordingly, though noise was not too bad. Only complaint was that pictures showed a sitting area/porch that is no longer part of the living space. Would stay again!

    Perfect location for our stay in Santa Monica! Short walk to beach and access to bus right outside. We used the bikes that were provided for rides to Venice beach and boardwalk. Main Street and Farmer’s Market were right around the corner. The house was perfect for our family of 5 and gave us the flexibility of cooking some of our own meals in the well equipped kitchen. Great neighborhood and short drive or bike ride to Third Street Promenade and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

    My family of seven enjoyed our time together at this property. The location was ideal to walk to the beach. We also took the bus to Santa Monica. The fenced in backyard was ideal for our little ones. The house came equipped with strollers, beach toys and towels which were all used. There is a lot of traffic on the street but the sound machines and air conditioners took care of noise at night. There were also gates on the stairs which was very helpful.

    Overall, we had a nice experience staying at Ocean Park. The home itself was very clean, and the space was functional for our family. The private parking area was also a plus, as was the location being a couple of blocks from the beach. The only downsides were the noise from the street, but it was mostly blocked out by the window AC units we had turned on, and the fact that the motor for the gate was broken, making it a two-person project to enter or exit the driveway. I assume they will fix it but wish it would have been working during our stay. The management company was very friendly and did a good job communicating with us during and before our stay. I did have to call them a few days in advance to ask for check-in details which I think were supposed to have been emailed to me beforehand. Next time we are planning a trip to LA, we will keep this spot in mind. Thanks again!

    Quaint home with everything you need while here. It's sits right behind Main St filled with shops and restaurant and 2 blocks the other direction is the beach. The library is across the street. The craftsman style house has everything you and very clean. The bikes are a bit old but you can rent some right outside your door step and bike to 3rd Street promenade. Because it's at the corner, it does get loud even if the neighbor is just walking by and the homeless population is frequent. It's relatively safe even at night but the yelling from the homeless folks are a bit loud due to no insulation. It is California so we do expect less space and everyone a bit closer than in Texas. We did have internet trouble the whole time we were there but hopefully resolved for the next guest.

    This house has lots of charm and a great kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is well stocked with really nice equipment. Loved having a dishwasher. The bathrooms are clean with great water pressure in the showers. It was really nice to have a big tv and satellite for those evenings I stayed in. Being right in Santa Monica, only 2 blocks from the beach was a great location! However, the noise from the main streets was annoying at time. The pillows could be replaced. They are flat and hard which made for a bit uncomfortable sleep. I really liked having a safe, dedicated parking spot on the property.
